Round, oval, heart-shaped, square — each requires different length, volume, and layer placement. A cut that flatters a round face can look heavy on an elongated face, and vice versa.

We don't promise anything before you see yourself in the mirror. The appointment begins with a consultation — what you want, what you don't, what you tried before that didn't work. Rachel explains your options, points to photos if needed, and summarizes what's about to happen before she cuts.
During the cut, she shows you the progress, lets you stop and change direction, and takes the time it takes. No pressure, no clock. When we're done — you leave when you're sure of the look, not before.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get the length back after a cut?
No — that's why Rachel never removes more than the minimum required. Better to come back for another small trim a week later than to regret something irreversible.
Does a natural-hair wig require different care than a synthetic wig?
Yes. Natural-hair wigs require care similar to natural hair — periodic washing, moisture masks, and gentle straightening. Synthetic wigs require different methods and are usually less flexible to style.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We work with you until you are happy. Adjustments within the styling appointment are free — and our goal is for you to leave one hundred percent satisfied.
How long does a styling appointment take?
Trim refresh: about an hour. Full styling: 1.5-2 hours. First cut on a new wig including fitting: up to 2.5 hours. We take the time it needs — no shortcuts.
